1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and starhk (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the starhk online gaming platform accessible at https://starhk.cam and any related services, applications, or products offered by starhk.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are typically credited to your starhk account balance within two (2) minutes for e-wallet transactions and within standard bank clearing times for bank transfers. starhk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from starhk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, starhk, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if starhk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. starhk's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your starhk account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of starhk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact starhk customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

9.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your starhk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of starhk.

10.2 Termination by starhk

starhk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any conduct that starhk determines, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the Platform or its user community. Upon termination, your account balance (excluding any bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

11. General Provisions

11.2 Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
